Photo Restoration

Photographs are fragile. No matter how careful you are, you have probably lost a cherished family photo to water damage, cracking, crinkling or marauding two-year olds. Now, through the magic of digital imaging, most photos can be restored to good as new condition.

It's never been easier to get your photos restored than it is today. Just bring in your photograph and we'll scan it. In two to three weeks come back to our store to pick up your print. It's that easy.

Photo restoration may look like Hollywood magic, but it's really just an artistic application of today's technology. When your photo is scanned, we actually create a digital version of your photo. This is the image that we work on. Our artists combine creativity and imagination with technical skill to repair any damage and restore the picture.

Light Photo Restorations: Light damage limited to non-detail areas of an old picture not larger than 8x10. For instances, eye glass glare removal, red eye, blemishes, pimples and glare on bald heads and faces.

Medium Photo Restorations: Color enhancement or colorization of an intact photo. Add or delete one person in a group or change background. Removing spots and scratches affecting but not obliterating subject.

Medium-Heavy Photo Restorations: Restorations falling between the Medium and Heavy categories. Repair photo damage and change Oval to Portrait. Add or delete one person plus change background. Fixing tear in photo affecting but not obliterating subject. Removing spots and scratches plus color enhancement. (est. $45.00)

Heavy Photo Restorations: Heavily stained or spotted, or scratches to entire photo. Restoration plus Colorization and/or background change. Repair of extensive photo damage and change Oval to Portrait. Correcting extensive damage to detail area plus colorization or color enhancement. Correcting extensive spotting, scratches and fading affecting entire photo. Medium restortion plus add on's such as change background, add or delete, etc. (est. $59.00)

Group-Heavy Photo Restorations: Extensive damage to detail area with three or more people. Multiple services to a group photo. Medium-heavy restoration plus add on's such as change background, add or delete, etc. (est. $66.00)
